Each week will feature new webinar you can access at your convenience on  our private Facebook group page. There will also be optional weekly live video chat Zoom  sessions.  It’s a great way to ask questions, build relationships in the group, and get the support that is so necessary when planning and making any  lifestyle change.  You can also check in on the Facebook page to ask questions, report on your progress, and support the others in the group.
